I’m with you on reading, walking and exercising regularly. It really is such a good restorative for me to get back to my happy place. Thanks for sharing!
I also experience anxiety around being late for anything and so a perpetually early. I'm the person at the airport three hours in advance with a whole ritual for getting a drink/meal and buying a new book while I'm there and settling in long before I have to worry about getting on the plane.
Hannah mentioned the anxiety related to loved ones stemming from two tragedies and I wonder if that's more PTSD than specifically anxiety. Not that the diagnosis matters. But sometimes the recommendations for how to handle PTSD attacks differ and could be useful in certain times around that. Either way, breathing and being present for sure!
