I so appreciate this newsletter. As a lifelong anxious person and a writer, reading these interviews with other artists is a reminder of how universal the struggle is. The counting steps method of calming oneself down is one I’ve been doing as long as I can remember. Never thought to stop at 30 though! The only problem with that one, for me, is it triggers my OCD, so it is a delicate balance. Thanks again!
